STED

STED (Stimulated Emission Depletion)  microscopy can achieve a spatial resolution below 30 nm on subcellular structures in cells cultured in both 2D and 3D environments, as well as in complex in vitro models like organoids and tissue sections. Fluorescence lifetime analysis is used to further improve effective resolution while limiting depletion-induced phototoxicity. It also enables conventional FRET measurements and the assessment of biochemical changes in the cellular microenvironment.

Airyscan

Airyscan high-resolution imaging enables the acquisition of sharper, more detailed fluorescence images than conventional confocal microscopy.
It improves spatial resolution and signal-to-noise ratio while preserving optical sectioning capabilities.
This technology is particularly useful for visualizing fine cellular structures and subcellular details with enhanced clarity.
