CMMI
The Centre for Microscopy and Molecular Imaging (CMMI) is organized around five complementary technological pillars: microscopy, in vivo imaging, digital pathology, mass spectrometry based imaging and multimodal image processing. Together, they create an integrated environment that accelerates innovation in preclinical biomedical imaging and strengthens collaboration between academic researchers and industry partners. Established through a partnership between ULB and UMONS, with support from the European Union and the Walloon Region, the CMMI is located within the Biopark Charleroi Brussels South, a thriving ecosystem that brings together academic institutes and biotech companies.
